Take the plunge and join in on our popular Water Aerobics class taught by Brooklin Richardson! Water aerobics is a great low impact strength training class that helps build muscle and improve cardio vascular health all while movin’ and groovin’ to upbeat music!
Inclement Weather:
If weather prevents water aerobics at the pool, class will be canceled until the next regularly scheduled date.
