On Wednesday, October 16th, WindRiver celebrated a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony for its new Clubhouse. The event drew a larger-than-expected crowd of over 180 Members, staff, and special guests, all eager to witness the beginning of this exciting project
A Community Effort
The ceremony, led by WindRiver Developer and Owner Joe Ayres, recognized the invaluable contributions of many individuals and organizations. Special thanks were extended to the Clubhouse Advisory Committee, the Club Advisory Committee, and all Members who participated in the Community Focus sessions. Their input and recommendations have been instrumental in shaping the vision for the new Clubhouse.

- Expansive Indoor and Outdoor Spaces: From dining areas and bars to a rooftop terrace and outdoor fireplace, the Clubhouse offers a variety of spaces for relaxation and socializing.
- Wellness Center: A state-of-the-art fitness center, group fitness studios, and a spa will cater to residents’ health and wellness needs.
- Luxurious Golf Amenities: Locker rooms and a golf pro shop with breathtaking views complete the Clubhouse’s offerings.
- Distinctive Party Barn: A rustic-inspired barn will provide a unique venue for community events and celebrations.
